My customer wanted a round cutting / charcuterie board. I came up with this design using the lights and darks of Hickory hardwood. Then used thin strips of Wenge to spice up the board. One side of the board is a cutting board with the drip groove and the other side is a servicing / charcuterie board.

Erik has made a number of custom charcuterie boards for us and each one of them is unique. The quality of these boards are simply amazing !
